一、概述
ARSLUB脉冲型涡街流量计是基于卡门涡街原理而研制成功的一种具有国际先进水平的新型流量计。由于它具有其它流量计不可兼得的优点,自七十年代以来得到了迅速发展,据有关资料显示,现在日本,欧美等发达国家使用智能涡街流量计的比例大幅度上升,已广泛应用于各个领域。将在未来流量仪表中占主导地位,是孔板流量计最理想的替代产品。 ARSLUB脉冲型涡街流量计适用于测量过热蒸汽、饱和蒸汽、压缩空气和一般气体、水和液体的质量流量和体积流量。 二、特点 ★ 结构简单而牢固,无可动部件,可靠性高,长期运行十分可靠。 ★ 安装简单,维护十分方便。 ★ 检测传感器不直接接触被测介质,性能稳定,寿命长。 ★ 输出是与流量成正比的脉冲信号,无零点漂移,精度高。 ★ 测量范围宽,量程比可达 ★ 压力损失较小,运行费用低,更具节能意义。 ★ 在一定的雷诺数范围内,输出信号频率不受流体物理性质和组分变化的影响,仪表系数仅与漩涡发生体的形状和尺寸有关,测量流体体积流量时无需补偿,调换配件后一般无需重新标定仪表系数。 ★ 应用范围广,蒸汽、气体、液体的流量均可测量.
三、工作原理 ARSLUB脉冲型涡街流量计在测量管中垂直插入一个柱状物时,流体通过柱状物两侧就交替地产生有规则的旋涡(如下图所示),这种旋涡列被称为卡门涡街。卡门涡街的释放频率与流体的流动速度及柱状物的宽度有关,可用下式表示: f=St·v/d 式中: f-卡门涡街的释放频率 St-系数(称为斯特罗哈数) v-流速 d-柱状物的宽度 卡门涡街释放频率f和流速v成正比,因此通过测量卡门涡街释放频率就可算出瞬时流量。 斯特罗哈数是涡街流量计的重要系数。在曲线的St≈0.17的平直部分,旋涡的释放频率与流速成正比,所以检出频率f就可求得流速v,由v求出体积流量。 ARSLUB脉冲型涡街流量计的旋涡释放频率是由旋涡交替地作用于检测传感器(探头)上的应力通过在它内部的压电元件来检出的。
